Field ground truth for flood maps, for example Sentinel-1 SAR or optical flood extents. Each capture stores the observer position, the camera look direction, the ground footprint and the point under the crosshair, plus a class (flooded, waterlogged or dry), water depth, flow, level trend, what is flooded and optional water-edge markers.
